Day 24

Dark.

Has the author of this blog gone MIA or what? Promise I'm coming back with a bang.

Lately, with it getting darker earlier, we've been trying to catch glimpses of all the beautiful sunsets. 

Day 23

Your mood today.

A lot of contemplating and writing, paired with resolve to get the laundry caught up and house cleaned on my one day off before I go back at it tomorrow. I wrote a blog post on feeling defeat and now can clean with a clear head. Happy Monday all, here's to a great week!

Day 22

Change.

I could post about the time change...getting darker earlier, days seeming shorter. But that's so eh, focusing on the negatives. Instead I will focus on the positives...like the beauty around us with the changing of the leaves. I love this time of year when the trees give us cues of what is to come. I also love that in less than a week we will be surrounded by the beautiful treehood in the mountains.

Open.

Nothing like a brand new month, open to all possibilities. We are looking forward to filling up November with quality family time, a mountain cabin trip, birthday celebrations, Gammy's Burnt Caramel Cake, a visitor from Austin, and getting cozy for the cold months to follow...
