We are going full force this week, hence the lack in updates. I worked my first full week (three 12 hour night shifts). It was an adjustment, sleeping during daylight hours. I think overall it went well though. Everyone on my unit is very welcoming and helpful. Most importantly, I am learning a lot!
Mark and the kids are doing well. Caleb and Katelynn will be starting school next month, so I think they're soaking up the last days of summer. Mark is adjusting to his "stay at home dad" role, which he has termed as "house husband". I laugh every time he says it. :)
We celebrated our 8 year wedding anniversary on Wednesday (actually I had to work that day/evening...so we are eating out tonight). Thank you everyone for all of your well-wishes!
